well, Nirvana is a larger version of the owners previous one (Anastasia) from the same shipyard which had a similar styling.
Not the biggest, nor the fastest, but Nirvana is my favourite mega yacht of them all. The way Oceanco designed it, it looks like a proper private yacht. Most of the really `mega` yachts like the Al Salamah or Le Grand Bleu look like usual cruiseliners, but this looks unbelievable, and obviously whoever ordered it could have afforded a larger one, but he wanted a perfect ballance of size AND style…

well rip-off it depends on owners input i asume if he wants every toilet and bath covered with gold and diamonds thats obviously goeing to cost alot of money know what i mean its not the size its the input look at the most expansive yacht in the world is History Supreme its only 100ft long but 4.8 billion to build see what i mean ? so £185 million is not that bad

Yes I agree with you, I reckon no one will buy this yacht for a very long time unless Oceanco is willing to reduce the price by a massive margin…that’s the only way I see it and no one dont want to be paying £18 million a year running cost for this boat but who knows.. :)

Yes that’s true, Oceanco is really expensive! But to be honest, they also build some of the most awesome and iconic yachts! I also prefere Lurssen, Blohm & Voss or Heesen because they have an outstanding quality and a fair price tag (okay Heesen is also quite expensive but they are also trendsetters in yachting).

For the price of this yacht, the size Nirvana (88.5m) speaking of its £185 million according to Edmiston to a comparison Oceanco Seven seas (85m) which owned by Steven Spielberg and its cost £120 million so it’s clearly a rip off!! I think personally its to do with the company Oceanco charge you a lot more than Lurssen, Blohm & Voss and Rossi Navi. For £185 million could get you easily in the top 10 biggest mega yacht for the money! Advice to you (billionaire) build one yourself to save money ;)
