Oh yeah I forgot about fuel and shit. Jet fuel’s fucking expensive.
Although if someone was selling like a CRJ900 or something, a commercial aircraft straight out of the airline with the seats and bins and everything still in it, I’d probably buy that rather than a private refurbished jet like the Gulfstreams or Global Express, etc. I dunno why, it’s just more exciting to be in an airliner all by urself. Plus, all those seats!
Some airlines might sell you an old 747 for that price, however it is a lot more expensive to maintain than even a yacht. Plus, this guy spent (assuming the guestimate is approximately correct) $200 mil on refurbishing it. You would likely have to spend much more on a plane.
If you want a plane, stick to the commercial jets.
So you “try” to help, that is your mistake you just try to do things instead of doing what has to be done. Grow some balls and just do it.
