The yacht captain was negligent. It is obvious that this is a very narrow passage for this vessel. If you couple a tight squeeze with heavy cross winds, then the answer is “we wait” instead of “let’s do it”. You can clearly see the ship getting pushed sideways by the wind. All large ships suffer the same problem. The yacht captain was simply a moron or wasn’t paying attention.
